DC started going to gym, 6 times a week, and he run , 3 to 5 miles every day..Run along the beach, passed rich mansions but also where homless gathered..You could find yourself here or there..

Another GREAT song wrote by DC..alone, I love his own songs written without other people's influence. He is so underestimated as a songwriter. But let's return to 1986.
In 1973 it was just a short fling. Sue stayed in London, married someone else ,returned to the U.S, divorced, had quite a career as a songwriter , but she didn't forget the time when she had dated a teen idol for a while..They met again after 13 years ,on Sep 6th 1986..and went for a dinner together..
David was in love, but also battered by life, depressed, a serious relationship was the last thing he could have thought about. With Sue's support he decided for analysis..for 3 and a half years , 3 times a week..A long and painful process.
It wasn't easy also for Sue, David didn't want another commitement or another rejection..When in 1987 he got a job in London (again) Sue ( uninvited ) went after him.
David Cassidy's private life was a mess On November 25th, 1986 , Sherry Benedon gave birth to his daughter, Katherine Evelyn Anita Cassidy. David knew Sherry from the TPF days, they met sometimes, but it was another thing to accept responsibility for the child, in June 1988 he was named in paternity suit..At the time he already was living with Sue and they started writing songs together..This is my fav song written by them , with their friend John Wetton's (1949-2017) help..A great song - 'I'll Never Stop Loving You'
