'David must be on the MWoF' Those words are not mine (but it's my opinion of course), but David Hamilton's. We have his support and it means a lot for us. He's sent Sharron that message :

'David Cassidy MUST be on The Music Walk of Fame.

I remember hosting his concerts at Wembley and interviewing him on Radio 1 in the 70s. He was a huge star. Such was his following that so many of his fans worship him today. ONE OF THE TRUE GIANTS OF MUSIC, a great actor and seller of millions of records.   'Give me a D...give me an A..'

David Hamilton, a legendary radio and tv personality. Born in 1938, started his career in 1959 and since then hosted over 12 000 radio shows and more than 1000 tv shows..Can you believe it?

22 year old David Cassidy was interviewed by David Hamilton on the early morning September 9th, 1972 and DH said later that never were so many fans outside the Broadcasting House in London as the day David Cassidy was there. We have that recording on the website. Not very good quality, but so, so moving. Just listen how David was so nice and kind for his fans and I think also tired.

Amazing recording. And the next one even more. Truly speaking it's one of the most fascinating radio interviews I've ever heard. The conversation they had again 31 years after that first interview. This time on Prime Radio, November 2003. So interesting and eloquent men, who genuinely liked and respected each other..It's like being with them at the studio.
