Maybe I shouldn't write this blog today, but I can't help myself. It started from thinking about our petition. The London Music Walk Of Fame. So hard work, we make videos (Sharron), we write about DC and his music legacy, we have support (Tony Prince, David Hamilton, Anthea Turner, Keith Atack) ..and we have 845 signatures. What can we do more? So I've decided to have a look at The Website's FB page. What David's fans like reading. Which updates are the most popular?  One more great dancing number. A quick - step this time. I love it.

And I've had some big surprises. For example, a short note about DC and the Queen, with the pic of David outside the Buckingham Palace (February 1972) got more than 1600 likes...What can I say. When I sent Jane that article (from Google alerts), I added to it a question mark and wrote 'Nice, but I don't know'. Because it was a long article about some actors and musicians who were invited by the Queen. And in the article was written that DC was so popular that he didn't want to meet with the Queen when he was in England on tour in 1973. The pic was from 1972, and that story about the Queen.. Who knows how it was. I only found one article from March 31, 1973 called 'David Cassidy Shuns Officials For Glamor Girl'.

Interesting, but nothing about the Queen. Whatever, the most important was the number of the fans who liked that short note and that very known pic..1600. So I've started searching for the most recent popular update on the Website. And the number 1 is ..the Bravo poster from January 6, 1977. More than 4000 fans liked that update, 265 comments, 176 shares..

  I learnt yesterday that Robyn Millan died last year. Someone published a post about the TPF's episode where she'd appeared as a guest star, 'Dora, Dora, Dora', Season 2 episode 1, aired 50 years ago, on September 17, 1971..And there was a comment about that episode that the script was poorly written, sexist etc. Maybe, no one would dare write something like that now, but the world looked different half a century ago..And I really felt sad yesterday because of Robyn.
