Sunshine/ Wes Farrell, Danny Janssen and Bobby Hart
It has been difficult to find the right title for today's blog, and at last I've found one, a song with the lyrics, 'you can give without receiving.'

Isn't just fabulous..With such a voice (and easy on the eyes and much more), David Cassidy should have recorded one album after another in the 70s. Such a waste of his talent that only 8 years later he had to appear for money on "Love Boat" or "Fantasy Island'..But let's get to the topic.
We've had an awful weather today, such an enormous heat, free sauna for everybody, difficult to do something, and I have a lot to do..what's worse everything irritated me. Even posts published on the DC groups. Why fans have to discuss all over again David's taste for the women in his life, and everyone knows better..Of course it's a free world (still) and I don't have to read fans' comments. Maybe one more song.

How it is sung! The rhythm, the passion, he really cared, it meant a lot for David, 'human kindness'. And at last I've read today something really wonderful about him. Something that stopped me complaining, instead made me think what I could do, not for myself but for others.
Of course we know, and it's worth writing all over again, about David kindness and generosity, charity work, his personal involvement. We don't know about many things because David Cassidy didn't do it for applause or for his personal glory..
Sorry but I can't remember on which DC group it was posted. Originally this story was shared on November 27, 2017, by Fred Beato. In 1972 he was in his early 20s and played with his band at restaurant/night club at Pasadena. And one night one food waitress asked him that maybe he knew anyone who knew David Cassidy.
And it happened that Fred knew a drummer teacher who gave lessons to Brian Forster. The waitress told him that her 9 year old daughter was in Children's Hospital dying of leukemia, and this little girl was crazy about David Cassidy..she asked maybe somehow DC could write her a postcard or something. Fred said he did what would be possible, told this drummer...and 5 days later the waitress started hugging him and crying because David Cassidy, in 1972 extremely busy and at the peak of his fame, actually found time to visit this dying child at the hospital and he brought her some presents..
Love and Light..
