David's Songs That Turn 50 Years Old This Year.
There are such lists on social media or YT, called for example, '25 Greatest Songs That Are Turning 50 Years Old This Year', or '50 Songs You Won't Believe Are Turning 50 This Year'. So true, sometimes is so difficult to believe. Half a century.
It's happened a few times this year, when the list has been created in the UK, that 'Daydreamer' was included. 1973 was David's year in the UK. He had the number one song and the number one album. He played sold out concerts. His one in a kind weekend at Wembley. In 1973 he was the world's biggest pop star.

Amazing. His hair, the way he looked, his professionalism. It was filmed in a great conspiracy, and as we know DC's suit was bought at the very last moment and it was too big for him. Nevertheless his performance on the Heathrow tarmac is unforgettable.
David's Songs That Turn 50 Years Old This Year. For us they have no age, they are timless. Some magical, like this one, I love listening to it in my car, especially while returning home at night..My funeral song.

The songs from 'Dreams Are Nuthin' More Than Wishes'. I love them all, with maybe one exception, I prefer The Partridge Family's version of 'Summer Days'. I think that for David the most important from this album was the song written especially for him. By Tony Romeo.

22 Partridge Family's songs turn 50 in 2023. 'Crossword Puzzle' and 'Bulletin Board' were recorded and released in 1973. So hard to chose one song. I have a soft spot for this one.
