Till We Meet Again / Craig J.Snider

I'm from Poland and we start Christmas actually on Christmas Eve with a very traditional, family Christmas dinner. And I don't know if this custom is universal, known in other countries, but in Poland during that special dinner there is always one extra chair, one extra plate with cutlery, a napkin, etc.. It's for an unexpected visitor.

But this empty place also symbolizes those who are not with us any longer, and we think about them, remembered them, our loved ones, the members of our family and dear friends. And I don't tell my family about it, but I also think about David Cassidy.

Craig J.Snider met David Cassidy in 2007, he was hired to play piano and guitar, and also program David's 2007 album David Cassidy Part II - The Remix. Craig J. Snider has a degree in piano and composition, he is multi-instrumentalist, producer, remixer, composer, songwriter, label owner, known and successful. David Cassidy called him, 'my musical brother'. They became friends.

Craig J. Snider not only played keyboards while touring with David, but also produced and helped him with recording 3 last DC's albums. David knew he could always count on him, first of all on stage. There was a mutual admiration and understanding. It was also because of Craig J. Snider that DC never became a nostalgia act, and his concerts to the end were extraordinary.

David and Craig J. Snider on stage together. Just listen to this recording from 1.03 for 6 minutes. Magic.

David Cassidy wasn't able to finish 'Songs My Father Taught Me.' His band finished for him, and Craig J. Snider composed 'Till We Meet Again'. For David.

Merry Christmas xxx
