"Real- Life Feather-Coiffed, Golden God Rock Star, Guitarist and Songwriter, David Cassidy."

A guy called Christopher Long has written this on 'INK19', that fragment is from Sound Magazine's review published there, and reading it in the morning has really made my day.

Not a teen idol, not a sex symbol or heartthrob, but 'golden god rock star'. Wonderful. 'Irresistible Partridge Family tunes', yes! so true, or this one fragment about 'You Don't Have To Tell Me', 'one of Cassidy's all-time best studio performances. To this day, it's still difficult for me to listen to this one and breathe simultaneously.'.

I've fallen in love with Christopher Long. Thank you.

But it's not the end of today's nice surprises. Jane has posted a new video on The David Cassidy Official Website, we get every day a new video, it's just amazing, and who knows what the future will bring (I know a little bit but I can't tell you), anyway this one is from 1998, a segment from 'Heute Morgen Deutschland'.

In the video, and David is called there again 'a rock star', there is a short conversation with DC looking sooo gorgeous, obviously in Las Vegas, with fragments of his performances from the 70s and EFX. And surprise, surprise - we can see very happy David Cassidy playing golf and signing autographs. The soundtrack in this short video is also interesting, 'Rock Me Baby', 'Intergalactic Circus Of Wonders' and 'I Woke Up In Love This Morning' from 'Old Trick, New Dog'. And last but not least a pic with Shaun taken  on the DC's wedding day, in April 1977. So a lot is going on in this short video.

The pic you can see is a screenshot from a TV series called FBI. That episode, 'Fatal Impostor' was first aired exactly 54 years ago, on January 4, on ABC. We have a copy of it on the website, not a good quality, but it's really worth watching. Not only because of David. Again he was playing someone younger, a 16 year old boy, whom widowed mother treated still like a small kid. Really good acting. It's not a big role, but important, and I think it was obvious for everybody how talented and charismatic young David Cassidy was..
