David Cassidy Being Together

It's too good to not be used as a catchy title. Karen Ranieri's answer for my confession  that I missed West Orange. And I really do. Since returning from the US at the beginning of last August I've read 2 Joseph Fagan's West Orange books, several collections of travel reports from that part of North America, some history books, and I keep checking what's going on in West Orange.  It's wonderful that Barb Schlamp Collentine, Joann Lombardi and Karen Ranieri keep in touch with the West Orange Mayor, Susan McCartney and other fans who live in New Jersey. And a few days ago Karen and Joann (and Joan and Frances) also met with Henry Diltz, in New York, and gave him a David Cassidy Way sign, and he was sooo happy to get it and meet with girls, and what's more he really wants to come to West Orange again !! The world has lost recently 2 legends of 20th century popular music. One of them known to every baby boomer. Neil Sedaka. His first single was released in 1958. He co-wrote (with Howard Greenfield) a string of worldwide hits in the late 50s and early 60s. He was already a classic in the 70s when I started being interested in music. Someone old and ancient for a teen like me.
