'Makes Me Feel So Good!'

We are going through tough times, us David fans, and I hope we'll survive it, maybe this will make us stronger, I don't know. Instead I know about some fans who have already resigned from following David Cassidy's groups on social media. I don't want to write about it, I genuinely don't know much.

I'm happy that my blog is still very popular and is read all around the world. This week's readers are from the US, Singapore, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Brazil, Chile, India, Russia, Croatia, Vietnam, Mexico, Spain, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Colombia, the UK, Hong Kong. Those fans still want to read about David Cassidy, and I'm grateful and feel the responsibility.

I have some health problems, should avoid any stress, and one of my doctors has told me not to forget about doing every day something really uplifting, something what really makes me smile, makes me feel good. How wonderful! Now I can watch as much as I want David's videos! Especially...you know what.

I know all the lines by heart, I watched all the episodes, many times or even more, because I wrote some synopses a few years ago, and took all the screenshots of all 96 episodes for The Official Website of David Cassidy, but I can watch The Partridge Family all over again. And of course I'm not the only one. A lot of fans when under the weather, or when they have some problems, health issues etc, are doing  the same. The show is our help line. Enough to see David's smile and we feel much better.

And the songs. David Cassidy's music catalog, so diverse, so full of wonderful, emotional songs. Mostly about love and passion. Some of them so sad, tragic even. His own songs and covers. David's songs are so universal, we all can relate to them, to those sometimes very difficult emotions.  But there are also songs that bring joy and a smile when you listen to them, where his sense of humor and joy of life shine.

  I learnt yesterday that Robyn Millan died last year. Someone published a post about the TPF's episode where she'd appeared as a guest star, 'Dora, Dora, Dora', Season 2 episode 1, aired 50 years ago, on September 17, 1971. Two Weddings In Las Vegas

First 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. The film premiered in the UK 30 years ago, on May 13, 1994.  A low budget film, made in 6 weeks, became unexpected success, all over the world, earned just mountains of money, and made of  Hugh Grant international star. It's also a film with a very strong David Cassidy's connection.  The script was written by Richard Curtis (born in 1956), whose partner (they married after many years in 2023), a popular broadcaster Emma Freud, was (and still is) a DC fan.
