Welcome James David Cassidy

It was a few days ago, and at first I didn't want to write about it, we all congratulated Stephanie and Beau on all the groups, but I write here about ecerything regarding David Cassidy so the birth of his first grandson is the news worth writng about a few words.

James David Cassidy. 'James' is a great name, really grand and strong, do you know that it's called 'The King of Names', and it's again more popular.  

His middle name is David, we fans are so happy about it. So grateful for the pic posted by smiling, proud and happy father, David's son, Beau Cassidy.

Emotional time for the family, Beau's sister, Katie, we could see how good they felt in each other's company, in West Orange, last year.  

David's brothers, they remembered him as their big brother, we remember how David was gentle and caring and protecting for his brothers on the set of This Is Your Life in 1971. We can see this special bond, a brotherly love on every pic of David with Shaun, Patrick or Ryan. And Shirley Jones, she remembers even younger David, a very polite, lovely and charming boy, her step-son, and later her co-star. Her TV son. Jack Cassidy, the baby James great-grandfather, died 50 years ago, in 1976.

And one more person, and maybe because my youngest grandson was born 6 weeks ago, I thought about the new grandma, Sue Shifrin. How happy they were once, she, David and their baby son, Beau. Sue said, "He cut the umbilical cord. He changed the first diaper. He gave him his bath. That was the highlight of our lives and that was the turning point, I think, in David's life. (..) We wish James David Cassidy all the best, and we will  eagerly wait to see what he turns out to be, what David's grandson will be like. We hope his parents will play him his granddad's songs..

  I learnt yesterday that Robyn Millan died last year. Someone published a post about the TPF's episode where she'd appeared as a guest star, 'Dora, Dora, Dora', Season 2 episode 1, aired 50 years ago, on September 17, 1971. Two Weddings In Las Vegas

First 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. The film premiered in the UK 30 years ago, on May 13, 1994.  A low budget film, made in 6 weeks, became unexpected success, all over the world, earned just mountains of money, and made of  Hugh Grant international star. It's also a film with a very strong David Cassidy's connection.  The script was written by Richard Curtis (born in 1956), whose partner (they married after many years in 2023), a popular broadcaster Emma Freud, was (and still is) a DC fan.
